G2 In Galatians 2:11-21, who do you identify most with: Paul? Peter? The Jews? Barnabas? Share the reasons for your answer. 
G3 Why did Paul address Peter in public and not in private (like Jesus said to in Matthew 18:15…)?
G4 What do you think Paul meant when he said “For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God (Galatians 2:19)?
G5 Dan talked about mobbing: smaller birds banding together to chase larger birds away. Which weapon is most useful to you as you mob fear out of your life: the TRUTH of Jesus (2:14), FAITH in Jesus (2:15-16), JUSTIFICATION by Jesus (2:17-18), the GRACE of God (2:21) or LIFE in Jesus (2:19-20)?

G1 What did we learn about some of the characters in Galatians 2:1-10 – Barnabas? Titus? The Judaizers? The Jerusalem Leadership?  
G2 Would we consider the Judaizers Christian or not? What might be modern-day examples of the Judaizers (the Circumcision Party)? Consider the language he uses in verse 4.  
G3 How important was it that Paul and the Jerusalem leadership came to the same conclusion (see verse 7)? How would things look different today if they hadn’t agreed on what was needed for salvation? 
G4 Why does it rob God of glory when we add to faith other requirements for justification? How do people attempt to justify themselves today? 
G5 Tullian Tchividjian wrote a book “Jesus + Nothing = Everything”. What do you think he is trying to communicate by this equation? Do you agree with him? Do you live it?

G3 Why should Paul’s conversion and commission encourage us?
G4 Some people today claim that they have received a direct message from God. How should you respond to them?
G5 Compare verses 11-24 with to 1 Timothy 1:12-17. What about these two testimony accounts most stands out to you?
